Co-Founder and Partner

Ryan brings to Mount Elbert experience investing in real assets and leading strategy and execution in real-asset operating companies with a total value exceeding $6.0 billion.

Prior to co-founding Mount Elbert, Ryan served in roles of increasing responsibility at CoreSite Realty Corporation, including as VP and group head of the company’s General Management function and as a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team and Investment Committee. In leading the GM function, Ryan was accountable for a team of investment and operational professionals carrying P&L responsibility for CoreSite’s operating portfolio, including responsibility for go-to-market and competitive strategies as well as market and competitive analysis. Further, Ryan’s team worked closely with the Acquisitions and Development team to identify investment opportunities and cultivate business-development relationships across CoreSite's US footprint. Prior to running the GM function, Ryan served as General Manager of the company’s largest region in terms of revenue, and prior thereto supported underwriting and diligence related to new acquisition opportunities and was a senior analyst on the company’s FP&A team. Prior to CoreSite, Ryan held roles in the Investment Banking group at Wachovia / Wells Fargo Financial Institutions Group focused on real assets.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business.
