Therese Kerfoot

Operating Principal

Therese brings deep operational experience in real-asset operations and investment, with a focus on data center real estate operating companies (“REOCs”).  She handled strategy and operational execution of end-to-end service-delivery, systems, and processes related to more than $6.0 billion in data center and network-interconnection assets and functions. She is also responsible for customer-lifecycle activities and co-leads EdgeCore’s European expansion team in site selection, sourcing, and project management.

Prior to joining Mount Elbert, Therese served in roles of increasing responsibility at CoreSite Realty Corporation, including as VP and group head of CoreSite’s service-delivery and customer life-cycle management functions. In this role, Therese led CoreSite’s activities around customer-lifecycle management for more than 1,200 customers and $500M+ in annualized revenue, including from rent, power, and interconnection services, in aggregate totaling more than 10,000 customer touch points per month. Her responsibilities included oversight of execution of capacity deployment, customer on-boarding, customer care, MACD management, contract management, and service-process design and improvement. Prior to this role, Therese was a Director in CoreSite’s Corporate Operations team where she led PMO and QA functions during replacement of the company’s end-to-end ERP and CRM systems. Prior to CoreSite, Therese was a Dean’s Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Law School, where she authored and collaborated in authoring works related to cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology.

Therese earned a B.A. in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
